Prince Update for Main Dining Rooms • Thursday June 25th

Dear Friends

The past three months have been a challenge for all of us. Never did we think our world could be paused like this. We take a moment to pray for everyone who has suffered or lost loved ones. At Prince we have been blessed to have been able to remain open for take-out and increase our presence in local supermarkets with our Take ‘N Bake products. Most recently we have introduced our tent for dining, and now are able to open parts of our restaurant.  We are bringing Giggles back this weekend under our tent.

We understand that everyone has a different level of comfort with their safety, and we want you to know we honor the decisions you make about you and your family. We have been here for nearly 60 years and understand what it takes to make our restaurant clean and safe. Steven Castraberti is like the captain of a ship, carefully guiding us through a storm. Our staff has stood together with us through all of this. Some of them have been with us for 20, 30, up to 43 years and we are grateful every day for them.

Just about every day we hear of another restaurant closing and it breaks our hearts to see our friends losing their dreams. We are moving full steam ahead with Prince and will try to bring on additional staff from restaurants that have closed.

None of this has been made possible without YOU, our loyal and fabulous customers. We look forward to seeing you gather again to celebrate the important events in your life. Helping you host these times is what makes us the happiest. Seeing 3 or 4 generations together is the highlight of who we are. Many of you have become part of our family and we want you to know we look forward to spending some great times together, again.

With gratitude,

The Castraberti Family
