Dear Mr. Castraberti,
I am writing to let you know what a FANTASTIC time our family had at your restaurant. We rented one of your function rooms and the service, food, and atmosphere was great. We chose to celebrate our twin girls' first birthday party there on Sunday, July 22nd and we still have family members and friends talking about what a fun time and what great service they experienced.

Your staff was the best we have ever encountered!!!!! Mike was the first person we spoke with when we called to get information about booking the room. He went above and beyond any expectation to help make sure things were covered and that all questions were answered. He was professional, personable, and patient. We followed up with every detail and made sure we were happy.

We also met Shannon, the day before the party, who decorated the room and made quite an impact on both me and my husband. She made the room look perfect. We also owe Justin and another "unknown young man" for retrieving our lost balloon on the ceiling (with a ladder) the day before the party. (Talk about above and beyond!!!). And of course, Wendy did a wonderful job serving our function: She was pleasant, attentive, and very accommodating.

You have a fabulous staff, and wonderful food. My husband Bob and I will recommend your establishment to everyone we know.

You have earned our business for years to come!!!!!
