With his unmistakable accent and his hilarious yet endearing delivery, Comedian Rocky Laporte is becoming more well-known by the day. His performance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” brought him a standing ovation, and he’s been featured on his own “Comedy Central Presents” special which is currently running on Comedy Central. Rocky’s opened for the likes of, Louie Anderson, Garry Shandling, Drew Carey, Tim Allen, Hootie and the Blowfish and the Righteous Brothers just to name a few. Hes done an enormous amount of charity work also. For St Jude’s for Children, N.F.L. Charities, Homeless shelters, cancer research and Police and Fire Dept fundraisers.

Sal Votano is one of Boston's rising stars, he performs clubs, corporate, benefits and private shows with some of Boston's top comedians like Steve Sweeney and Lenny Clarke. He was a semi finalist in the 2009 Giggles comedy competition and the 2010 Plymouth Comedy Festival. Who is the comedian/writer/actor that The Los Angeles Times calls "…quite likely the funniest entertainer you've never heard of… yet"? Paul Murphy spent ten and a half years as an Assistant District Attorney, supervising several of Massachusetts’s busiest courthouses, before building a reputation as a noted criminal-defense trial attorney. The unexpected twist to this story is that, for nine of those years, under the pseudonym of Paul D’Angelo, Paul was simultaneously becoming one of the nation’s top standup comedians.

Mitch has recently risen through the comedy ranks in the Northeast US by virtue of his original (and clean!) material that offers unique insight into the transition from hot-shot Navy pilot to everyday civilian life… resonating with comedy crowds everywhere.

Dubbed by one admirer "the undisputed King of Boston comedy," Sweeney embodies, almost literally, the city he calls home. A master of dialects and character voices, Sweeney can riff on everyone from Dorchester church ladies to Beacon Hill pols to certain radio personalities who seem a little too old to be peddling rock and roll to younger generations. In fact, while Sweeney has played to national audiences many times throughout his thirty-year career - not only by touring as a stand-up but also through roles in sitcoms and movies - he is so thoroughly Bostonian that he merits his own stop on the Freedom Trail.

Jack Walsh
Jack Walsh is a long time member of the Boston Comedy Scene who started during the comedy boom in the 80's working his way up the comedy ladder only to have to take a break for personal reasons. Jack has returned to pursue his first love Comedy. For the past 5 years he's been working really hard, refining his act and that, he has done! He's been working all over and quickly becoming a fan favorite. Jack has worked with comics such as: Don Gavin, Paul D'Angelo, Steve Sweeney, Ken Rogerson,Tony Vee, Nick DePaulo, Johnny Pizzi, Jimmy Dunn, Patty Ross, Jimmy Tingle to name a few and he tours with Lenny Clarke all over New England. Jack has done various local Cable TV shows he also has the ability to mix in a little magic to amaze his crowds as well.

Tony V started his stand-up comedy career in 1982 after attending several shows at Boston’s prestigious Comedy Connection. He wandered in one night, quite by accident, looking for a little stress relief from a high pressure job as a case worker at the Somerville Mental Health Center. Tony was working his way toward a Masters degree in social work having graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B. S. in Psychology. It was not long after that he took to the stage himself. Tony’s street wise humor tempered with a genuine feel for the human condition quickly propelled him to headliner status on the national comedy club circuit.

he Funniest Man You've Never Heard Of, KEN ROGERSON started his comedy career working the Chicago club circuit and at the famed Second City. After touring with the improvisational troupe The Comedy Rangers, Ken moved east and became a central part of the now famous and infamous exploding Boston comedy scene of the 1980's. There he honed his standup act to a fine edge "…sharp enough to cut the head off a rabbit at thirty yards."

Sean Sullivan is a comedian, actor, and writer from Boston, MA. A semi-finalist in the 2008 and 2009 Boston Comedy Festival, Sean has emerged as one of the top young comics in the country. He’s showcased for the producers of Late Night with David Letterman and the Just For Laughs comedy festival and is a favorite at colleges all over New England because of his quick wit and loose, unpredictable style. Chris Zito has spent the last thirty years sharing his obsession with his family with comedy fans and radio listeners all over the country. Starting out as half of the comedy team Zito and Bean right out of acting school, Chris Zito moved quickly to develop his own take on life as a (very!) young father. He grew to love radio and landed on the JR in the Morning Show on WZOU in Boston in 1991. Years in Boston and then Detroit, as well as countless comedy clubs all over the United States, eventually brought Chris Zito to hosting his own highly rated show on WXLO in Worcester, then 103.3 WODS in Boston until the spring of this year.

Paul Gilligan is one of the most requested comedians in Boston, bringing down the house with an attitude first developed as a high school class clown, and with material culled from his life as a blue collar worker, husband and father. In addition to headlining in Boston clubs, golf tournaments, fundraisers, roasts, and other events, Gilligan is a regular performer at the Riviera Casino in Las Vegas. As a licensed electrician, he is often requested to work for trade association groups, including as master of ceremonies at the Boston Construction Awards. While not on the comedy stage, Gilligan is devoted to his family and community, where he's particularly active in youth sports.
